I'm such a creature of habit! I had a shoulder injury so I couldn't wake up early to go to the gym. Which meant I slept in a little later – started my day off a little later – and was just completely off schedule. It's crazy how one little change can get you so off schedule.
Today I woke up and made myself do my normal routine which meant spending my morning at the gym, calligraphy drills, and praying. I totally tried to find excuses to not do it today – but it felt great to get back onto my morning routine – which made the rest of the work day feel even more productive.
