Louisiana Lifestyle Photography | Lafayette | The Moroux Family At Home

I was so excited to pack up my camera gear and head to Lafayette to meet he Moroux family. When Jessica first e-mailed me to document her soon to be family of five, I couldn't wait for Miss Finley's arrival. Jessica+Rex have two sons, making documenting their newest addition, their first girl together, for the holidays a little sweeter.

Jessica told me that their sons love to play chase and find bugs in the backfield, so we did just that!

We then went inside to decorate the Christmas tree! It was so cute seeing how excited the boys were with each new ornament they pulled out of storage. My favorite is how everything is carefully decorated within an arms reach of those little helpers.

We then spent the rest of the time documenting little Miss Finley in her perfectly curated nursery. If I could have a dream nursery as a child, this would have been it! From the wallpaper, the unique crib, and overside knitted blanket! I loved all those little details.

It was so sweet seeing the parents dote on their first daughter. By far some of my favorite mama+daddy moments.

We then got to photograph the brothers holding their little sister. It was so cute doing photos I am so use to doing with the parents with little humans! Some of my favorite photos of me and my brother are the ones when I was holding him! The boys are already such big protectors of their little sister.

The Moroux family thank you so much for letting me into your home to document you and your family! I can't wait to see Drexel, Solomon, and Finely grow over the years! Those littles have very loving parents, and I hope that you guys enjoy your first Christmas as a family of 5!
